INTERNORGA 2025: A complete success for the digitalization of the food service industry

From March 14 to 18, 2025, INTERNORGA took place in Hamburg – one of the most important trade fairs for the food service and hotel industry. With over 1,200 exhibitors and more than 85,000 trade visitors from all over the world, the trade fair once again set new standards and showcased the most important future trends in the industry. This year, the focus was particularly on digital solutions, automation and self-service concepts that make catering operations more efficient and customer-friendly.

We from servier.bar were on site with our stand on all days of the trade fair and were able to hold numerous inspiring discussions with restaurateurs, partners and interested parties. The feedback we received clearly shows us that we are on the right track! The digital transformation of the hospitality industry is progressing and we are proud to be making a significant contribution with our solutions.

Our vision is to create user-friendly, smart solutions from existing systems. At INTERNORGA, we were able to demonstrate live how we optimize digital processes and make the entire service flow in restaurants, bars, cafés and other catering establishments more efficient.

A crucial point here is the direct integration of the guest into the digital process. With our solutions, the guest can directly view and use all the options that the waiter already has. This leads to more transparency, faster processes and an overall better guest experience. A particular highlight at the trade fair was our collaboration with Pan Oston . Together, we showed how modern hardware and intelligent software solutions can work together optimally to make the food service industry more efficient.

Strong POS partnerships – Together for the digital future

Another focus at the trade fair was the close cooperation with our POS partners. We have direct partnerships with leading suppliers.

Together, we discussed new ideas, integrations and digital innovations that will be incorporated into our solutions in the coming months. By working closely with these POS systems, we enable restaurateurs to optimally expand and seamlessly digitalize their existing POS systems. Our interfaces and AI-supported features ensure that processes become simpler, faster and more efficient.

The next phase begins - rollouts and new features

After a successful trade fair, the most exciting phase now begins: implementation! Our solutions will be rolled out in the coming months and we look forward to taking digital projects to the next level together with our customers. Our new AI features in particular, which will be released later this year, promise major advances in automation and increased efficiency for the food service industry.

Our learnings from the trade fair flow directly into the further development of our products. We received valuable feedback and see clear trends that will shape the market in the coming years.
