🍽️ Your mission

You will accompany new customers from contract handover to go-live, coordinate system setups, app designs, and training, and carry out tests and performance reviews.

You are the first point of contact for questions, analyze usage and performance, and derive proactive improvements.

With your flair for processes and gastronomy, you ensure that every restaurant uses servier.bar successfully—from day one to contract renewal.

💡 What you bring to the table

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or project management, ideally in the SaaS or hospitality sector

  • Understanding of POS systems and digital processes in restaurants

  • Structure, organization, and a hands-on approach – you think in terms of processes and solutions

  • Strong communication skills, personal responsibility, and a genuine interest in improving things

  • Fluent German and solid English skills
