Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)
Experience in customer success, account management or project management – ideally in the SaaS or hospitality environment.
Practical experience with POS systems (e.g. Gastronovi, Vectron, Lightspeed or similar) and an understanding of gastronomic processes.
Background or experience in gastronomy – you speak your customers’ language.
